Arcane Visions sells through three paths. Completed limited editions are acquired directly — via the in-page checkout once direct purchase integration is live, and by inquiry in the meantime. One-of-one works and pieces built to a practitioner's grade or lineage are acquired by inquiry and consultation. Bespoke commissions begin with direct correspondence about scope, materials, and timeline. In every case the piece, agreed price, delivery window, and shipping arrangement are confirmed in writing before payment is taken.
Completed limited editions will be acquired through the in-page checkout when direct purchase integration is live. In the interim, and for one-of-one or made-to-specification work, you begin by writing through the contact form or directly to info@arcanevisionsstudios.com. We respond with a confirmation of the piece or commission, any clarifying questions, a quoted price, and a delivery window. A piece is reserved once payment terms have been agreed in writing. Bespoke commissions begin with the same correspondence.
Direct purchase will be processed through a secure card and Link checkout once the integration is live. For inquiry-based and bespoke work, payment is arranged at the point a piece or commission is confirmed and is taken via secure invoice. Larger commissions are typically structured with a deposit on confirmation and a balance on completion or on shipment.
Pieces are shipped from the Virginia / Washington DC atelier with full insurance and tracking. Shipping cost is quoted in the acquisition correspondence and is in addition to the piece price unless otherwise stated. International shipments are quoted by destination and customs are the responsibility of the receiving party.
We accept returns for three reasons:
Notice must be given within fourteen days of delivery, accompanied by photographs of the damage, defect, or discrepancy. The piece must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Return shipping for confirmed damage in transit is covered by the insurance carried on the original shipment. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate to the specific case.
We do not accept returns for:
The intent is fair, clear treatment: a piece arrives as agreed, or we make it right. Specifications and provenance are documented before any payment is taken so that the agreement is unambiguous on both sides.
The atelier offers limited repair and restoration of pieces produced by Arcane Visions. Such work is quoted by inquiry.
Each piece ships with documentation of materials, dimensions, and symbolic specification. Where the piece is part of a limited edition, the documentation states the edition's size and the piece's number within the edition.
